We ship orders to ANY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. However, due to the technical limitations of our webstore, customers from certain countries will not be able to complete an order directly through the store.
If you are from a country where completing an order is not possible, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and request a non-binding offer for your custom order. Please include your shipping address and preferred payment method as well as the product(s) you would like to purchase.
All shipments (except for “merch on demand” products) are registered and insured, so you will receive a tracking number, which allows for “track and trace”. Merch on demand products will be printed upon order and shipped directly from the factory with no tracking number.
Our aim is to dispatch orders within 48 hours whenever possible, excluding weekends and bank holidays. After the order has left our warehouse, you can expect the following delivery times:
Austria: 1-2 working days
Germany: 3-5 working days
Europe: 4-12 working days
World: 10-15 working days
Please note that even though we’re working hard on getting our stuff out to you as soon as possible, occasional delays due to unexpected circumstances cannot be ruled out. In case of such a delay, we will notify you by e-mail so you can cancel or change your order if necessary.
Customs, duties, taxes
All deliveries to destinations outside Austria may be subject to customs, import taxes etc. Any additional fees are outside of our control. So please be aware that you will be responsible for these payments.
Unclaimed orders, incomplete addresses etc.
If unclaimed orders are returned to us and you want us to send the order one more time, you will have to cover the additional shipping fees. Otherwise, we will issue a refund of the purchase price of the products minus the shipping costs. The same applies for returned orders due to incomplete or incorrect addresses and similar reasons, which we cannot be held responsible for.
We have a 14-day returns policy. This means that within 14 days you may return items that haven’t been used, worn or washed and are therefore in original condition. Unsealed audio or video recordings cannot be returned.
To return an item, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and await our instructions.
You will have to cover the return shipping fees and, if applicable, the additional shipping fees for exchanged items (for example, the same shirt in a different size).
Right of withdrawal
We understand that sometimes you change your mind about an order. In the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received the order. You may do so by e-mailing a written declaration of withdrawal to email@example.com.
The 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to sealed audio and video recordings, which were unsealed after delivery.
You must return the order undamaged and in its original condition without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated the cancellation of your order.
You will have to cover the return shipping costs. If one or more items get lost in transit these items will not be considered returned, so we recommend using a tracked parcel or registered letter service of some kind.
After we received your returned order, we will refund you within 14 days. We will refund the total amount of the order including the initial shipping costs, but not the return shipping costs.
